Who are we?

Founded in 2002, Avoka Technologies is an expert in SmartForm based solutions with headquarters in Sydney, Australia and branch locations throughout, Australia, North America, and Europe. We are an Adobe Gold Solution Partner.

Historically, Avoka's success has been found notably through an unrivaled depth of experience and expertise in Adobe LiveCycle ES2,  Adobe Flex, Adobe Air and Adobe Connect. This expertise still exists today, and compliments our own range of products, solutions and services that enable organisations to transact with their customers online using electronic forms and rich internet applications.

Our client base is wide-ranging, hailing from varying organisations across the financial services, telecom, life sciences, government, education, healthcare, utilities and manufacturing industries.

The Avoka team boasts specialist knowledge in electronic forms, Rich Internet Applications (RIA), and business process automation (BPM), combined with a corporate culture of not just 100% customer satisfaction, but to exceed our customers' expectations and make their business successful. 

What do we do?

In the beginning...

Avoka's focus was on the delivery of LiveCycle solutions for document-centric BPM - this meant producing electronic forms or SmartForms in the place of paper ones, combined with the automation of business processes.

... but over time the demand changed and grew...

Releasing the ROI potential of these paperless initiatives drove more of our customers to look for the greater cost reduction across multiple platforms. This introduced the prospect of RIAs, data efficient solutions and overall, even better customer engagement experiences.
