Digital Self-Service Enablement for Adobe's Digital Enterprise Platform
Makes it Easy for Web Content Authors to Quickly Add SmartForm Apps to their Web Site
Cupertino, CA. — October 3, 2011 — Avoka Technologies, an Adobe Gold Solution Partner, today announced several SmartForm Factory modules that integrate with Adobe’s Digital Enterprise Platform. The solution makes it easy for web content authors to add SmartForm Apps to their web site. SmartForm Apps are small, self-contained data capture applications that enable organizations to move complex, but common, paper-based business transactions – a life insurance application, a home loan, a hospital admissions form, a government grant submission, or an insurance claim – to interactive, and intelligent digital services.
Avoka’s SmartForm Factory makes it easy to create SmartForm Apps and Avoka's SmartForm Web Plug-In makes it easy for web content authors to quickly and easily incorporate SmartForm Apps into their Adobe CQ5 web site.
“Customers are investing heavily in their online channel but the persistent use of paper for complex transactions breaks the online experience they want to deliver,” said Philip Copeland, Managing Director of Avoka Technologies. “Making it easy for content authors to publish SmartForm Apps to their web site allows organizations to not only move off of paper but to also control, measure, and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.”
